Chasing Monsters We've Made

CAPTURED by DEATHZ HEAD A.K.A. THE CHILLER on Sunday, June 15, 2008 at 11:51 PM

I just had the scariest thought. Now days we have the death penalty but in the future they'll come up with new ways to kill death row inmates. What a sickening thought. They might even come up with something that seems like torture to try to rehabilitate people, but at what cost to one's mind? Rehabilitation programs of the future have been seen in T.V. shows and movies but it sounds really scary to me. Like a mind prison. To be trapped in your own mind is a frightening thought. That's toying with someone's mind if you ask me. And it's always easier when you aren't the one going through it. But if you get tortured you don't want anything to do with it and can't stand the thought of torturing someone. Torture and killing is for weak people that need a powertrip to replace their lack of everything else. Like being able to be intimate with a woman, replacing it with temporary power over another person's life, it's sad but people do it. And why should we stoop to their level and become sick people in the pursuit of the ultimate rehabilitation? It's the truth, in the end such programs are sickening and we should all be careful not to cross that line and become worse than the monsters we chase. ...Or what you think are monsters. You may be the real one...
