Gifted Minds

The autistic mind is something of great interest. There are no limits to how many different types of savants there could be out there. Some can draw amazingly, others can do math perfectly, others can remember things superbly, some can figure out things others can't. Some could even be phenomenal at solving mazes. And what is it that could make one person able to figure out how to get through a huge maze insanely quick while others have to explore and solve it? These kind of talents are far more than talents. They're signs of other things being possible. Other things like ESP. Psychic abilities. If a person could be appallingly smart at one thing then they could be appallingly smart at everything. Now imagine a person with a brain that advanced! You could solve the mysteries of science like they're nothing or have almost un-Earthly power over women. You could solve anything. And the question is why aren't we that smart? There are many types of savants and all in a single area. So what's stopping us from having all areas of our brain lit up like a Christmas tree? And if you can do this with the mind, you can do this with the body as well. Super strength, etc. It is within grasp, but so far away. I bet the answer is so simple too but it seems so difficult. Could we handle being that smart? I don't know but if it's possible then I'm wondering why our brains aren't more advanced. It will happen someday. An I.Q. test will be a thing of the past. And if you can get through a huge maze with ease what else could you be capable of?
