Ya seen "The Killing Room"? It's a creepy movie in different ways than others. It's not horror or action but it has suspense and some scary ideas. The MKULTRA program is one that they say the government had at one time but keeps in total secrecy. Its existence is top secret. If it does exist you would never know unless you get abducted and forced into it. It was a sick, horrifying experiment to turn regular people into killers, but the main goal is a delusion of grandeur. Turning regular people into killers through demented experiments to do the government's bidding is ludicrous. About as ludicrous as brainwashing a guy to have a second personality unbeknownst to him to do the killing, as seen in "Conspiracy Theory". This program was even more depraved. Its existence is controversial. This movie is about a fictional doctor that secretly brings the program back with his own maniacal methods. The suspense is high tension as these people get asked to do things that they would never want to do. It sounds like a top secret CIA experiment. They say the NSA is even worse. Can you trust your government? Not so sure sometimes. That would be mad though. Are people really employing messed up methods like this to create new "Jason Bournes"? Only humans know of inhumane treatment. I'd say this movie was spot on and did a good job at its end premise of displaying authorized insanity.
