In an age where video games are taking over I like the sound of board games sometimes. Thing is you have to have board game friends. That was back when people actually tried to make friends. Now days we all got video games to play on our own. It's kinda ironic. Of course you could go online via your PS3 or XBOX but you're not there in person. Board games are sorta irreplaceable in modern times in their own way. People now are o.k. with making "online only" friends. Nothing wrong with online friends but you don't really know them. You need real friends to play board games. This one looks cool. "Mansions Of Madness" is a Cthulhu world based game, or at least H.P. Lovecraft inspired. And talk about nice looking. Games were never this well made when I was younger. I love all things Lovecraft and I like board games more when they're truly stunning games. This has monsters, investigators, many places to explore like manors, crypts, schools, monasteries, churches, abandoned buildings, etc. Now that sounds so cool to me. On top of all that you have different plots the game can take and the story ending you have depends on your choices. So it's like a book where you decide your fate. That's cool to me. I like the idea of having "plots" in a game affected by choices. And Arkham is a classic locale.
