In the mood for another oddball conspiracy? Alright then! You hear a lot
now days about going green and it sure sounds like a good idea. Nobody
would ever think anything bad of an idea like this but you know me, I'm
paranoid! Not really, just aware. Awareness and alertness can be
mistaken for paranoia sometimes. A readiness for anything is the way I
put it. When I hear "going green" I think about how we're all trying to...
In the mood for another oddball conspiracy? Alright then! You hear a lot now days about going green and it sure sounds like a good idea. Nobody would ever think anything bad of an idea like this but you know me, I'm paranoid! Not really, just aware. Awareness and alertness can be mistaken for paranoia sometimes. A readiness for anything is the way I put it. When I hear "going green" I think about how we're all trying to reduce waste by eliminating paper usage. You know what else comes with that though? With less need for paper comes the touch pad technology with a stylus to replace the pen and paper. Even in commercials now they're making fun of people that still use pens and paper, as if that's so archaic. Without pens and paper how will people draw in the future? I can't imagine artists using only touch screens and styluses to draw pictures or paint. That may be the future someday. All this also means no more books eventually. Ever hear of that movie "Fahrenheit 451"? I'm sure you have. I heard about it in school growing up. Back when they had some older cyberpunk movies like "Logan's Run" or "Soylent Green". Fahrenheit 451 was about a future where we have no books. It literally scared the bejeebus out of me. It was such an old movie to me but the message resonated with me so well that I have been haunted by it now in this age of all these new commercials. Without books the world would be so electronic. When we stop using paper or plastic to pack food at supermarkets what's next? No need for anything that isn't electronic. This is how VR will grow to be at the forefront of society. A reality replacement is the true definition of VR. Another badside is without actual books they'll censor many books and chop up our history to fit their needs. Propaganda would be indistinguishable from real news. They could alter the news. Censorship could run rampant. We're even feeling the effects of some now days with the internet as sites start to disappear with new laws in place. I would hate to imagine a world where even a blog like this could be censored. As if all this isn't enough, without a need for paper comes no need for trees. This could possibly be their plan all along even, to make room for more housing space. It's so impossible to imagine, but that's what makes it a viable choice for conspiracy theory. I like recycling but it shouldn't replace anything. We could recycle by splitting apart atoms and reassembling them to create other things but we're not that advanced, like in "Doom 3" where they terraform Mars by splitting apart the red dust to use its atoms for creating air and grass. That's high tech stuff there. Be alert! Only I could come up with this mad theory I tell you! Mad enough to be true.
